Excited to see you in Orlando, FL this coming June. As we work to plan our reunion, we wanted to share an initial itinerary that is dependent on what you would like to see as part of our weekend together. While we'll have a few surprises planned, we need to have a family vote on select events during our time together.

​Below is our event overview with key events listed to RSVP to which is like voting that you'd like to do something like this. We'll use that finalize and publish our weekend event schedule 30-days before the trip.

FRIDAY, JUNE 27, 2025

AFTERNOON

Check-in & Welcome 
Time: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Location: Resort

Official check-in is at 4pm. Text 404-386-8677 when you arrive. When you text us, we'll let you know where we are poolside and bring your Bishop Family Reunion welcome kits to you or to dinner depending on your arrival time. 

 

EVENING

Welcome Dinner and Family Trivia
Time: 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM

(Optional Adult Live Music after 9pm at Euphoria Lounge on property)

Time: 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM

Location: TBD, Summer Attire/Photo Friendly (No Family Reunion TShirt)

 

Breakfast with Uncle Tom 
Time: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
On your own or with family groups at Uncle Tom's Cottage. We'll have coffee and snacks starting at 7:30 AM. We'll head to family photos and pop back over to open the waffle bar for any interested family members.

Saturday Sundae Bar with Aunt Nancy
